On October 10, 2025, at around 7:40 PM, my Valorant account (username: santanavantiy1, email: b********@windowslive.com**) was hacked. When I tried logging in through both Apple and Xbox, I received the message: “No such account exists.”
I’ve spent approximately ₺15,000 to ₺20,000 on this account over time, and there had been no prior warnings or suspicious activity before it was stolen.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Riot Games Support and opened a support ticket (#118583205). However, I have not received any response so far, and my account remains inaccessible across all Riot Games platforms.
I’m requesting that my account be restored immediately or that my purchases be refunded in full. I kindly ask that my case be handled urgently and that my losses be addressed as soon as possible.
