Under Armour UA HOVR Omnia Causing Discomfort Due to Design Flaw

January 14, 2025 12:31 AM6

On January 15, 2023, I purchased a pair of UA HOVR Omnia sports shoes, as shown in the attached invoice. Like many other complaints I’ve seen, I experienced discomfort due to a noticeable metal piece inside the fabric, which causes significant foot pain. This is clearly a design defect, as the metal can be felt upon touch and flexes awkwardly, making the shoes unwearable.

Instead of acknowledging this issue, Under Armour blames the customer, claiming it is user error. I chose this brand to avoid such durability and quality issues, especially since my family has been loyal to Under Armour for years. However, this experience has left me disappointed, and I no longer trust the brand. Please address this issue and provide a resolution.
