To use real-time tracking in uMobix on your iPhone, make sure you've followed the full setup guide from your uMobix homepage and given iOS the right permissions.
This includes allowing location services, background app refresh, and all the permissions that were asked for in Settings.
iOS limits can stop changes from happening all the time, so you might need to turn off Low Power Mode and make sure the device stays connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data.
Remove the setup profile from your uMobix account and try again on a stable network if tracking still lags or doesn't work.
If the bugs don't go away, email [email protected] with your account ID and pictures.
Because of Apple's system limits, they may need to walk you through advanced troubleshooting or suggest settings that will speed up data refresh.
