Umingle Wrongfully Banned My Access – Request Ban Removal

I am an iOS user from Indonesia and I am writing about a problem I am experiencing with the Umingle app. A short time ago, I was suddenly banned from using the app, even though I do not have an account and was not doing anything wrong at the time. The app now prevents me from entering or using its services and shows a ban screen, but I was not given any clear reason or explanation for this situation. As a result, I am unable to use Umingle at all. I request that my access ban on Umingle be removed as soon as possible and that my access be restored, as I have not violated any rules to my knowledge. I also kindly ask for a clear explanation of why this ban was applied.
