Umingle Under 18 Ban Triggered After Typing F15
On the Uminle website I was deceived by another user and as a result my account was unfairly blocked. This user told me to type “f15” and I did not know that this code would be treated as a violation related to being under age, especially since I did not commit any underage-related misconduct. Right after I typed “f15”, my account was blocked and a notification appeared saying that my account was banned for being “under 18 years old”. The website then asked me to make a payment of Rp39.900 to remove the ban. I believe I am a victim of manipulation by another user and I find it unfair that my account is blocked and that I am asked to pay to recover it, even though I did not do anything wrong. My account is registered with the email address sidhiqfikrian**@gmail.com. I kindly request that my account be unblocked without any payment being required and that the underage violation mark be removed from my account, because I was misled by another user and had no intention of breaking any rules.
