Umingle IP Ban Seems To Be Poorly Implemented
I am writing to report a serious issue I experienced with Umingle’s website related to incorrect “Underage user” bans and the lack of any visible support channel. About a week ago, I visited Umingle for the first time after a friend on Discord encouraged me to check out the site. I accessed Umingle from my home Wi‑Fi connection. Before I could even press the start button or use any feature, the site immediately showed an “Underage User” ban message (or similar wording) and blocked my access. I have never used Umingle before, and there was no login, no account, and no username involved, as your system does not require any registration. On the ban page, there was no support or contact option offered at all. The only clear option presented was a Stripe payment button, which gave the impression that I had to pay to resolve or bypass the ban. This is very concerning, especially given that the ban appears to be triggered automatically and incorrectly, without any review or way to contest it. To understand whether the problem was with my device or your system, I tried connecting through my mobile data instead of my home Wi‑Fi. When I did this, the issue disappeared and I could access the site without the “Underage User” ban. This strongly suggests that something in your system is incorrectly flagging users based on their connection or IP, rather than their actual age or behavior. I request that Umingle investigate and fix whatever is causing legitimate, first‑time visitors on certain connections (such as my home Wi‑Fi) to be automatically banned as “underage” without any basis and without a way to contact support. I also expect Umingle to provide a clear, accessible support or appeal option on any ban page, instead of only showing a payment button. I am sharing this so the problem can be corrected and other users are not unfairly blocked or pressured into paying to access the site.
