Umingle 'Gender Searching' Ban

I am writing about an issue I experienced with my Umingle account today. While I was chatting with random people, I typed the word “cowo” and immediately received a message that I was banned. The ban screen shows Ban ID f7c9bd14 with the reason stated as “Gender Searching” and offers an “Instant Unban” for 39,900 rupiah. I did not receive any prior warning, and I believe banning my account just for typing “cowo” is very unfair and disproportionate. I am disappointed that the only option shown to recover my access is to pay 39,900 rupiah, even though I was only casually chatting and did not intend to violate any rules. My account is linked to the email address beatricesister0***@gmail.com. I request that my ban be reviewed and lifted without any payment requirement, and that my account be unblocked so I can continue using the service. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this ban was applied just for using that word.
