Umingle False Age Ban

I am a 32‑year‑old user of the Umingle app, but my account has been banned on the basis that I am supposedly under 18. I noticed this today when I tried to log in and was met with a message stating that I’m banned for being underage. On the same screen, Umingle is offering an “instant ban removal” for $9.99 through Google Pay, PayPal or credit card. I am an adult, and this restriction is clearly a mistake, so I find it unacceptable that I am being treated as if I were under 18 and at the same time being asked to pay to remove a ban that is not justified. My account is linked to either the email address bh***[email protected] or kshiti***@yahoo.com. I request that my account be reviewed and the ban lifted without any payment requirement, and that I be allowed to use the service normally again.
