Umingle Banned My Account After Typing “Stand Up” in Chat

I was recently banned from Umingle while using the service on my laptop through the Chrome browser. Around 10 to 20 minutes before writing this, another user told me to type “stand up” in the chat, and shortly after I did so my account was banned without any clear explanation. The ban notice did not specify whether this was a temporary or permanent ban, nor did it give any information about how long the ban would last. I did not intend to break any rules and did not realize that typing this phrase could lead to a ban. I have not yet been able to contact support through any other channel, so I am explaining the situation here in detail. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and unbanned, as I believe this was a misunderstanding caused by following another user’s suggestion. If possible, I would also like to receive information about which specific rule I allegedly violated so that I can avoid this kind of issue in the future.
