Umingle Banned Me Without Reason After a Simple Chat Reply

I was using the Umingle website recently when my access was suddenly banned right after a short chat, and I believe this ban is completely unjustified. During the conversation, the other person I was chatting with told me to “stand up” and I simply replied with the words “stand up” as well. That was the only message I sent, and there was nothing offensive, threatening, or inappropriate in what I wrote. Immediately after this message, my access to Umingle was blocked, and I remain banned as of today. I was using Umingle on an HP computer and I was connected from Nagercoil, Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu when this incident occurred. The ban took place yesterday during my use of the site. I tried to reach your support through the email address provided in the app, but that email does not work, so I have not been able to submit an appeal or receive any explanation about the reason for this ban. I kindly request that you review the relevant chat session, lift the ban on my access, and restore my ability to use Umingle, as my message did not violate any reasonable community guidelines. I also request a clear written explanation of why I was banned so that I can understand the situation and avoid any similar issues in the future.
