Umingle Ban Without Explanation After Innocent Conversation

I was using the Umingle website last Thursday when my account was suddenly banned right after a short chat, and I believe this ban is completely unjustified. In the conversation, the other person I was chatting with told me to “stand up” and I simply replied with the words “stand up” as well. That was the only message I sent, and there was nothing offensive, threatening, or inappropriate in what I wrote. Despite this, my access to Umingle was immediately blocked, and I am still banned as of today. I tried to reach your support via the email address shown in the app, but that email does not work, so I have not been able to submit an appeal or get any explanation about the reason for this ban. I request that you review the chat in question and remove the ban from my account, as my message did not violate any reasonable community guidelines. I would also like to receive a clear explanation of why I was banned so that I can avoid any similar issues in the future.
