Umingle Ban For “Inappropriate Messages”

I am an Umingle user and earlier today, about ten minutes ago, my account was banned for “Inappropriate Messages”. I would like to explain the situation and request that my ban be removed. While using Umingle, another user gave me a “mission” and asked me to write “stand up” in the comments. I did exactly that, and right after posting this short message, my account was banned. I did not use any offensive or threatening language, and the only thing I wrote was “stand up,” which I believed was harmless. I acted in good faith, simply following what the other user asked me to do, and I had no intention of violating any rules or harming anyone. In the past I did receive a warning for spamming, but that was meant as a joke, and after that I understood the rules better and have tried to be more careful. This time, I genuinely did not intend to spam or be inappropriate, and I believe this ban is a misunderstanding triggered by that single “stand up” comment. At the moment I see that I am banned and that there is a requirement to pay $10, but I do not have the financial means to pay this amount. I respectfully request that my ban be reviewed and removed without payment, considering that the only message involved was “stand up” and that I was acting in good faith. I would be very grateful if you could restore my access to my Umingle account.
