Umingle Asked Me to Pay After Wrongfully Banning My Account
I am writing this complaint regarding my Umingle account on an Android device. Around 8 or 9 July, my account was suddenly banned while I was using the Umingle app. I have never done anything inappropriate while using Umingle and I always dress and behave politely on the platform, so I do not understand the reason for this ban. When the account was blocked, I was shown a payment request, but I do not understand what this payment is for or why I am being asked to pay. My age is 22, so this is not an age-related issue. I am sharing my phone number linked to the account, 085775195***, so that my account can be identified correctly. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unblocked and fully restored, and that the payment request shown to me be cancelled, because I did not commit any violation or wrongdoing on the platform.
