Umingle Android App Ban – Request For Unban
Hello Umingle Support, I am having an ongoing issue with the Umingle mobile app on my Android phone. The app opens but does not load properly and I am unable to use it at all. Recently, when I try to use the app, I see a “You are banned” warning along with an “Instant Unban” option that asks for a 99 ₹ payment. I do not understand why my account has been banned and I have not been given any clear explanation inside the app. I have already tried restarting my phone, but the problem continues and I still cannot use Umingle. I kindly request that you check my account, clearly inform me of the reason for this ban, and remove it so that I can use the app again without being forced to make any additional payment.
