Umingle Account Banned, Lost Access to Important Chat

I am a user of Umingle with my account connected through Google, and on May 8 my account was suddenly banned without any explanation. When I tried to log in, I was only shown that I was banned from using the service, but there was no clear reason or detail provided, and I genuinely do not know what I might have done wrong. I normally use my Umingle account from the Philippines and have not received any prior warning or notification about a violation. Because of this unexpected ban, I have lost access to a very important conversation with a person I had just chatted with on the platform. It is very important for me to reach this person again or at least to regain access to my account and messages, and I am extremely worried that this opportunity has been lost due to an unexplained ban. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and unbanned, or at least that I be informed clearly about the exact reason for the ban and be given a chance to correct any possible misunderstanding or violation. I am ready to follow all rules and guidelines, and I ask you to reconsider this decision so that I can access my account and my important chat again.
