Umingle Account Banned for Typing “M or F” – Unban Appeal Request

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was banned around Friday, 19–20 September while I was using the app in the Philippines. During a chat, I accidentally typed “M or F” due to a typo and was immediately banned. I am new to the app and did not know this was against the rules. There was no intention to break any rules, and this was an honest mistake while I was typing quickly. I could not find a clear way to contact support in the app, so I have not been able to appeal this decision directly to you. I therefore want to explain that the message was not meant in a harmful or inappropriate way and ask you to kindly review the ban on my account. I respectfully request that you reconsider this situation and, if possible, unban my Umingle account so that I can continue using your service under your rules and guidelines.
