Unbanning Umingle Account
I am writing regarding a ban applied to me on Umingle on July 9, 2026. I was banned immediately after I accidentally typed and sent the letter “m” even though I did not activate or use any actual account on the platform. I am located in the Philippines, and this sudden ban, which appears to be the result of a simple typing mistake, feels unfair and disproportionate. I have not been able to use Umingle since that moment and have not received any explanation, as I have not yet been able to reach customer support about this issue. I request that my ban be reviewed and lifted, and that my access to Umingle be reactivated. I would also appreciate a clear explanation of why this ban was imposed so that similar misunderstandings do not occur again.
