Mistakenly Banned For "Gender Searching"

I am writing to report an unfair ban on my Umingle website account. On 23 September 2026, my account was suddenly banned and the screen now shows “Ban ID: 009a5faf” with the reason stated as “Gender Searching” and an option for “Instant Unban” only if I pay RM14.90. I believe this ban is a mistake. I was simply trying to make friends and start conversations in a playful way. I would usually begin my messages with phrases like “haii” and then “lf friends?” where “lf” only means “looking for” friends. My aim was to give a light, femboy‑ish vibe while looking for cool friends, not to search for any specific gender or violate any rules. Despite this, I was banned and told I have to pay to get unbanned. I have not been able to find any clear way to contact Umingle support about this, so I am using this complaint to explain the situation. I kindly request that my account be unbanned without any payment and that this ban be reviewed, because I did not intend to break any rules and I believe my messages were misunderstood.
