Instant Ban On Umingle

I am 20 years old and I am having a serious problem with the Umingle website when I access it via Google. The site keeps showing that I am underaged and, because of this, it applies an instant ban on my access. This has happened three times now, and today I saw it again. Along with the ban, the site asks me to pay 149 and fill in my bank details, which I find very worrying and unacceptable, especially since I have not registered with a username or email on Umingle. I have never made any payment and I have not shared any bank or card information, but I am still being blocked as if I were underaged. I am clearly 20 years old and I want this situation to be corrected. I request that Umingle immediately remove this ban on my access, stop showing me as underaged, and allow me to use the website normally without any payment request related to this issue so that I can continue using the service.
