I'm Getting Tired Of Getting Banned by Umingle For No Reason

I use the Umingle app on my iPad and my account was recently banned again without a valid reason. The app said the ban was related to saying my gender or something about gender, but I did not share my gender or talk about gender in the way they are claiming. This is not the first time this has happened, and I am very frustrated that I keep getting banned for something I did not do. This most recent ban happened last weekend and has now been active for about 6 days, close to a week. I have not contacted Umingle support before about these bans because I expected the system to work fairly, but at this point I feel I am being punished unfairly and I do not understand what I supposedly did wrong. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned as soon as possible and that my case be properly reviewed. I also expect measures to be taken so that I am not wrongly banned again for the same reason in the future.
