Banned On Umingle

I have been using the Umingle platform on my iPhone and my account has recently been banned with the reason shown as “Under 18”. I am currently 16 years old and when I try to log in I see a screen saying that I am banned for being under 18 and that I have to pay 79.99 EGP to remove the ban. I find it unacceptable that the platform first allows me to create and use an account, then bans me due to age and at the same time asks for money to lift the ban. If an age limit is applied, it should be enforced in a clear and transparent way from the beginning, not by blocking access and demanding a payment. I request that my situation be reviewed, that this paid unban requirement be removed, and that a clear and fair age policy be applied. I also request that no payment be requested from me or other users in order to have a ban lifted that is based on age.
