U-Haul Changed My Trailer Pick-Up Location Then Canceled My Reservation Without Notice
Thinking I was all set for moving day, I three booked a caravan with U-Haul weeks ago. I received an email the night before my planned pick-up stating my pick-up location had been shifted to one almost an hour's distance from my house. Angry, I phoned U-Haul customer support to correct the reservation but was sent to the incorrect division. I was tossed about till at last I was sent back to the correct one only to discover it was closed. Worse, I woke up the following morning to find a text stating my reservation had been cancelled totally without any notice. This encounter was more than just annoying; I will surely hesitate before ever utilising U-Haul once more. Complete fantasy.
