User Sentiment
While Twisted Spoke CBD maintains a generally positive reputation among endurance athletes and cyclists, user feedback and reviews highlight several recurring issues and complaints:
- Need for Frequent Topical Reapplication: Some endurance cyclists report that topicals, especially chamois and muscle relief creams, lose effectiveness during long rides and require frequent reapplication.
- Limited Physical Retail Availability: Outside of select independent bicycle shops and scheduled visits at their Colorado facility, customers have difficulty finding products on shelves locally.
- Premium Pricing: Certain specialized products, such as nano-infused drink mixes and concentrated topicals, are viewed by some buyers as relatively expensive compared to generic CBD supplements.
- Shipping and Order Tracking Delays: A few customers note occasional fulfillment delays or lack of real-time tracking updates during peak shipping periods.
