Turkcell Global Home Office Job Applications Rejected Without Explanation

Approximately one year ago, due to financial need, I applied for a position under Turkcell Global and was accepted. After starting work, I stated that I wanted to switch to a home office position, but this request was not accepted. Because of my circumstances, I later had to leave that job. Since then, for about a year, I have been repeatedly applying for home office positions through Kariyer.net. A few weeks ago I applied again, but my applications are constantly rejected without any explanation or communication, except for a single rejection e‑mail sent via Gmail in the past. I see that even high school graduates are being hired for similar positions, while my applications are not being accepted, and I feel like I am being punished just because I had to leave my previous job. I am a mother of two children and I especially need a home office job to be able to take care of them and continue working. I feel that my applications are not being evaluated fairly and that my personal situation is not being taken into consideration at all. I kindly request that my applications for home office positions be re‑evaluated fairly, that I am not treated as if I am being penalized for leaving my previous job, and that I am given equal opportunity like other candidates.
