Unable to Create Account on Tumblr App and Website Due to Error

I’m unable to create an account on both the Tumblr app and website. Every time I enter and select my email, I get an error message saying something went wrong. I’ve tried everything—uninstalling and reinstalling the app, making sure it’s updated, and even restarting my device, which is also up to date. Despite all of this, I still can’t create an account. This is incredibly frustrating, and I need a solution. Tumblr, please fix this issue as soon as possible. I just want to be able to sign up and use the platform like everyone else. Please help!
