Trust Wallet Shows $34,214, But I Can’t Withdraw Due to Repeated Gas Fee Demands

As a result of transactions I carried out through My.dijitalbors.com, a total of $34,214 was transferred to my Trust Wallet account. However, for about one week, I have been unable to withdraw this balance from Trust Wallet because the platform I traded on is demanding additional payments under the name of “gas fees.”

Since September, I have already been asked to pay more than $8,000 in extra fees. Since the beginning of December, they have been demanding an additional $3,425 specifically labeled as a gas fee. I have already paid far more than I should have to this platform, and I am no longer in a financial position to make any further payments. When I speak with their so-called customer representatives, they simply say that “this is how the contract is structured” and that “the amounts appear this way in the system,” without offering any real solution.

I am requesting that the Trust Wallet team intervene in this process so that I can access and withdraw the $34,214 visible in my Trust Wallet without being forced to pay these additional fees. I ask Trust Wallet to provide the necessary technical and institutional support to help me safely access and use my funds.
