Trendyol Sent Me Fake Ray Ban Sunglasses - Did Not Provide an Invoice
On April 22, 2025, I ordered two pairs of Ray-Ban sunglasses, which I believed to be original, through Trendyol. However, I realized that the glasses were not genuine. I tried to view the invoice through Trendyol’s page, but there was no invoice available. The product turned out to be fake, and the seller, One Shopping-A******* S*****, had already closed their store page to new purchases. I spoke with Trendyol’s live assistant and explained that no invoice was sent either by email or inside the package, and it is not even available on their website. I mentioned that the seller’s profile is closed, and they confirmed, saying, "You are right, the seller has been closed to shopping." We buy products trusting the Trendyol brand, and there is even a “originality tracking” label under the products. I am in shock and have completely lost my trust in Trendyol. How can the presence or absence of an invoice be left to the seller’s discretion? Even for a simple trash can I bought from Hepsiburada a year ago, I can still view the invoice today through their system. How is it possible that on Trendyol, invoices depend entirely on the seller’s preference? The product is fake, yet it still carries a so-called originality tracking label.
Unfortunately, the product still doesn't have an invoice. Most likely, there will never be one as the seller is nowhere to be found. Support can't send the invoice. Since I'm out of town, I didn't bother any further.
