Trendyol PlayStation 5 Purchase - Missing Warranty and Invoice Hassle

Trusting the well-known e-commerce site Trendyol, I purchased a Sony PlayStation 5 on March 21. I opted for the "Eurasia - Sony" warranty, paying a higher price. However, the seller failed to provide neither the invoice nor the warranty. Furthermore, they no longer list any products for sale. Correspondence with Trendyol's assistant only leads to generic responses, with no offered solution. I'm unable to find any resolution or person to address my grievance. It seems the site merely collects the seller's commission without providing assistance. I'm left with only a blank and invalid warranty card, and I haven't received my invoice.
