Track718 Delivered Status Wrong and Bag Promo Packages Not Received

I placed an order on bag-promo.com from Croatia for a Guess EMERA bag on 13 March and a Philips BHS530/00 5000 Series iron on 16 March. Both orders were sent with tracking through Track718, and the carrier is listed as STGYL, but although the system shows them as delivered, I have never received either of the two items. According to the tracking information, the Guess bag is shown as delivered on 17 April, and the Philips iron is shown as delivered on 20 April. I used my full name and email address when ordering and received the tracking notifications by email, so I have been following the status through Track718. My delivery address was my home address in Croatia, and, as is normal for deliveries here, if they could not deliver to my home, the package should have been sent to Hrvatska Pošta and I should have received a notification. I did not receive any delivery at my home, no notice from Hrvatska Pošta, and no information about where the parcels were actually left. I tried to contact bag-promo.com regarding the non-delivery, but I have not been able to reach them. I also could not reach the STGYL carrier that supposedly delivered my order through the information available. Since the tracking claims the items were delivered but I never received them and there is no clear proof of delivery or information about the exact delivery location, I consider this a non-delivery issue. I request a full refund for the Guess EMERA bag and the Philips BHS530/00 5000 Series iron, or, if that is not possible, immediate reshipment of both products with reliable tracking and confirmation of delivery to my actual address.
