I Spent Money on eFootball Packs but Never Got Strong Players

I have been regularly playing eFootball for approximately 2 years and spending money on in-game card packs. During this time, I spent around $50 on card packs, yet despite all of these purchases, I still have not received any truly valuable or powerful players, which has caused serious disappointment.

Even after spending this much money over such a long period of time, constantly receiving weak or useless players has made me question whether the system is actually fair. I understand that the pack system is based on luck, but after 2 years and around $50 spent, still not getting a satisfying result has completely destroyed my motivation as a player.

My expectation from Konami is that the fairness of the in-game card pack system be reviewed carefully and that adjustments be made so players at least have a reasonable chance of obtaining strong players within a short period of spending. If no changes are planned, then I expect Konami to provide a transparent explanation that will satisfy players regarding how the pack probability and reward system truly works

I am complaining because I have received no compensation at all for the real‑money purchases I made in Konami’s eFootball mobile game. To date I have bought roughly ₺2,000 worth of coins at various times within the game, yet I have not gotten satisfactory results from the pack openings. In particular, I spent 900 coins on the Ronaldinho pack that was released on Wednesday, and still no epic or even a rare player appeared. The fact that, despite spending real money, the packs did not yield any noteworthy player makes me think the game does not inform users transparently about the odds. This situation wastes both my time and money, and I feel clearly victimised. I have submitted a support request to Konami about this problem, but I have received no feedback and no one has contacted me. I feel ignored as a user and that my grievance is being dismissed. My game account is linked to the e‑mail address isac***@gmail.com. I request that Konami review all of my coin expenditures to date and, if possible, refund them to me as coins. I also want the system to be made more transparent for future pack openings so that players who spend real money receive a fair return.
