What A Scam??? No Available Appointments!! Waste Of Time, Do Not Use TLScontact

It has now been 6 days since I applied for a visa and 6 days since I have been trying to book an appointment. This is the first time in my life that it has taken so long to get an appointment. When I called your office, I was told to be patient and that I should be able to book an appointment within 3-5 days at the most. I have been trying to look for appointments for a week now at different times, and nothing is available. Can you please advise me on what I should do next? I will need to start canceling my accommodation; otherwise, I will lose over £1,000. This has been a terrifying experience. Just tell me if you are unable to book an appointment for me!
