I Face TLScontact UK Visa Support Issues After Receiving Incorrect Approval Information

On March 18, I submitted my UK visa application through TLScontact. During the application process, the staff member informed me that my application had been approved and that my visa result was positive. However, when I later checked the system, I noticed that my official records showed my application status as “refused.” My application reference number is GWF087237804.

The incorrect information provided by the intermediary company employee, telling me that “the officer approved it,” caused me to believe that my application had been successfully completed. Later seeing a refusal decision in the official system created significant inconvenience for me, both in terms of time and my travel plans.

I request that the reason for this inconsistency be investigated, that I receive a clear written explanation regarding the process, and that I be informed by email about the outcome of the investigation.
