Tineco Floor One Stretch S6 Water Tank Leaks as Service Denies Spare Parts

I purchased a Tineco Floor One Stretch S6 less than a year ago, and it has a severe water leak coming from the water tank. Customer service told me that no replacement spare parts are available. I paid $493 for this machine, and this lack of support is completely unacceptable. If you sell a product, you are obligated to maintain spare parts for it—otherwise, issue a full refund.
