Tineco Customer Service Added Extra Costs Instead of Fixing Defects

-Since the day I bought the product, I’ve only been able to use it about 3–5 times in total. When I finally found the service information, I ran into multiple problems. As if putting defective products on the market wasn’t enough, the company also tries to place every possible cost and burden on the customer. My experience with Tineco has been a complete disappointment.
