Tinder Passport Feature Not Working After Subscription Renewal

I bought the Passport feature for my Tinder subscription for six months, and the very next day, I couldn't use the app anymore. Whenever I attempt to click on photos or carry out any action, the app consistently redirects me back to the main menu, rendering me unable to accomplish anything. Plus, I'm trying to cancel my membership, but it's proving to be quite a challenge. I've given it multiple attempts, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but unfortunately, the outcome remains unchanged.
