Unable to Access Features After 6-Month Tinder Membership Activation

I recently became a 6-month member of Tinder today. As soon as I signed up, the full fee for the 6-month subscription was charged, but I am unable to use any of the features because they are not active and won’t open. When I try to access the features, I am redirected to create a new membership request.
My username is goldman, and I would like to cancel my subscription and receive a refund for the amount charged. This situation is very frustrating, and I hope for a prompt resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
