Tinder Gold Membership Not Activated Despite Payment

Two days ago, I purchased a Tinder Gold membership, but despite it appearing in my subscriptions, the membership has not been activated. I emailed support, and they replied that they would forward my issue to a colleague who could investigate further. It’s been two days, and I’m still waiting for a response. My money is being wasted at this point. I would appreciate it if someone could resolve this issue promptly.
