Paid for Tinder Gold but “Who Likes Me” Still Doesn’t Work
On October 15, 2025, I purchased a Tinder Gold membership using my credit card. The payment was successfully processed and appears clearly on my credit card statement. However, the key feature of the Gold membership — the “Who Likes Me” section — never became active. Instead, the app keeps prompting me to purchase Gold again.
I logged out and back into my account several times, but the issue persists. I also tried reaching out to Tinder customer support through the app but couldn’t get any assistance.
The problem only affects the “Who Likes Me” feature — all other Gold features appear to be working correctly. My account is registered with the phone number 0507****19.
I request that my Tinder Gold subscription be fully and properly activated as purchased. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue.
