Timo Club App Unavailable Despite Turkey-Registered Apple ID

When I try to download the Timo Club app to my iPhone 16 Pro Max through the Apple Store, I get a warning saying "not available in your country." My Apple ID is registered to the Turkey region, and even though I'm using it in Turkey, I'm still unable to download the app, which has left me dealing with this problem.
I don't have any additional requests — I just want to be able to download and use the Timo Club app smoothly in the Turkey region. I'm requesting that the necessary changes be made so this app becomes available on the Turkish App Store.
