TimeBucks Account Inaccessible Due To ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED Error

I have been using the TimeBucks application but I have not logged in for a few months. When I recently tried to open the TimeBucks app again, instead of the normal login or home page I only received an error screen saying “Web page not available – net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED” and I have not been able to access my account for the past few weeks. Because of this error I cannot log in to TimeBucks at all and I am worried about my existing account and any balance that may be inside. I want my TimeBucks account to be recovered, my balance (if any) to be fully restored, and the access problem to be fixed so that I can use the service normally again.
