North Face Won’t Verify Sportive as an Authorized Seller—No Customer Support
I purchased a North Face product from Sportive, a store I’ve shopped at before. However, I wanted to verify the authenticity of my purchase, so I emailed North Face for confirmation. To my surprise, they responded that they couldn’t provide information about products sold outside their own stores.
I then contacted Sportive, and they assured me they were an authorized North Face retailer. To double-check, I reached out to North Face again, but I received the same generic response—no confirmation, no assistance.
If North Face supplies products to third-party retailers, why do they refuse to verify their legitimacy? Customers deserve better transparency and support! North Face, clarify your authorized sellers or start standing behind your products—this lack of accountability is unacceptable!
