Unknown Users Contacted Me on Telegram—Requesting Account Security Measures

I rarely use my Telegram account, yet today, I received a call and a message from unknown foreign users with the usernames 'b' and 'l'**. They asked for my name, but I did not respond and immediately blocked the number.

I am deeply concerned about my privacy and security. If my name, phone number, or identity is used for any transactions, communications, or other activities, I do not accept any responsibility. Telegram must take full accountability if my number is misused.

I request that Telegram implement stronger security measures and investigate how unknown users are able to contact me. Please ensure that my account and personal data remain protected from unauthorized access.
