Telegram Number Hacked - Stop Spam & Terminate Account

My Telegram account linked to the phone number 9927256*** appears to have been hacked. For the last 2 to 5 days, someone else has been using my account to send obscene photos and videos to my friends. I did not send these messages and I only found out because my friends informed me about this situation. As there is unauthorized access and misuse of my account, I am very concerned about my privacy and my reputation with my contacts. I currently do not have screenshots of the chats because I learned about this through calls from my friends rather than seeing the messages directly in the app. I request that my Telegram account associated with this number be urgently deleted or permanently disabled so that no one can continue to misuse it. I also ask for your support to ensure that my contacts are protected from any further inappropriate messages that may appear to come from me.
