I Cannot Log In to Telegram Due to SMS Code Errors

I am writing regarding a serious login problem I have been experiencing with my Telegram account on the Android app for about a week. When I try to log in, I receive error messages related to the SMS code, and I am unable to access my account at all. Because of this, I am concerned that my account may have been hacked or compromised. During this period, I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists, and I still cannot log in. Since I no longer feel my account is secure, I do not wish to recover or continue using it in its current state. My clear request from Telegram is that my account associated with this phone number be permanently deleted as soon as possible, so that no one can access or misuse it in any way.
