Please Recover My Suspended Tango Account

My Tango.me live account with the verified ID @jazmine69 was suspended for one month on 19 July 2026 on the grounds of “impersonation”. I had been using this account for around four years and it was officially verified by Tango, so I was very surprised and upset to be suddenly punished with such a serious penalty. Before the suspension, I received some warning messages, but when I contacted the Tango team at that time, they clearly told me those warnings were AI‑generated and that I did not need to worry. After that confirmation, I continued using my account normally, without changing my identity or pretending to be anyone else. I believe this impersonation accusation is wrong and may be the result of a misunderstanding or a complaint filed by another big ID user. I have never tried to impersonate another person and I always used the same verified identity on my profile. There was no final, clear warning that my account would be suspended for one month, and I think such a long suspension without proper human review is unfair for a long‑term verified user. I kindly request that my account suspension be urgently reviewed by a real support agent, that the impersonation decision be reconsidered, and that my account be reactivated as soon as possible. I also ask that my account be protected against similar unjust AI‑based decisions in the future, as I have invested four years of work and trust into Tango.
