SweetDrama Weekly Subscription Charges Continue, Cancellation And Refund Requested

I have a weekly subscription to the SweetDrama service that I no longer want and I do not wish to keep paying for it. For about one month I have been charged regularly, and I recently noticed transactions to merchants such as SweetMax and similar codes in my bank application, including one that even failed due to insufficient funds. I tried to resolve this by contacting the company via email, but the subscription was not cancelled and the situation has not been clarified. I do not want to be charged anymore for this service. I kindly request that my SweetDrama weekly subscription be cancelled immediately and that the unjustified recent payments for approximately the last month be refunded to the account linked to my card.
