SweetDrama charged me again—how can I cancel my subscription?

First check where the subscription was purchased. For an App Store or Google Play subscription, cancel it directly through Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

If you subscribed through SweetDrama’s website, sign in to the account used for the purchase and look for the subscription or billing settings to disable renewal.

Keep your cancellation confirmation and payment receipt, and if the charge was unexpected, request a refund through the same payment platform that processed the purchase.
