Surveoo Subscription Cancellation Request
I am a Surveoo user from Namibia and I am writing to request the cancellation of my subscription and a refund. On 19 May 2026, I was charged N$63.00 twice consecutively for the paid surveys service. Since I did not intend to make two consecutive payments and I have not used any additional service in return for this duplicate charge, I kindly request a refund of the extra N$63.00 amount that was taken on that day. I also want my subscription to be cancelled so that no further payments are taken from my account. I have not been able to resolve this issue through any other channel yet, so I am asking Surveoo to process the cancellation of my subscription and confirm the refund of N$63.00 to my original payment method as soon as possible.
