Surveoo Plan Not Giving Paid Surveys After Balance
My name is Jelili A*** and I am a member of the Surveoo platform. I purchased the ₦35,000 survey plan and have been actively participating in surveys as required. However, as soon as my wallet balance reached ₦17,894, my account stopped receiving any rewarding surveys and I have not been able to take part in paid surveys for over a month now. I tried to contact Surveoo customer support regarding this issue, but I did not receive any response. This situation has prevented me from fully utilizing the ₦35,000 plan I paid for and from progressing towards the expected earnings level. I kindly request that my account be fully reactivated so that I can continue receiving rewarding surveys and have the opportunity to reach the ₦35,000 level as promised when I joined the plan. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved so I can continue using the platform without further interruption.
