Supertotobet Delaying Withdrawal Without Clear Explanation

I have a problem with my withdrawal on Supertotobet. On 5 May, I requested a withdrawal of ₺100,000 by bank transfer to my own bank account, but the payment has still not been made. For two days, live support has been telling me that there is no response from the finance department yet. I also sent an email to Supertotobet and received a reply saying that they apologize for the delay and that the issue would be resolved shortly, but despite this, there has been no progress and the money has still not been transferred to my account. I request that my ₺100,000 withdrawal be urgently and immediately transferred to my bank account without any further delay and that I be informed clearly about the reason for this delay.
